Nice Baked Salmon

 
Ingredients:

4 garlic cloves, minced 
olive oil
dried basil 
salt 
black pepper
lemon juice
1 tblspoon fresh parsley, chopped (or dry)
2 medium big salmon fillets

Preparation:
 
In a bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, three table spoon olive oil, 2 pinches basil, 2 pinches salt and pepper, 1 table spoon lemon juice and the parsley.
Place salmon fillets in your baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour before baking, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to about 190 degrees C. Cover the fish with the rest of the marinade, and seal the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked.

Serve hot with boiled potatoes, boiled mexican mixed veggies and topped with garlic butter. Enjoy.
