Baked Cheese and Yogurt Sandwiches


Ingredients:
200g grated Cheddar cheese
100g grated mozzarella
1 big high-fat Greek-style yogurt
chopped fresh chives
salt
black pepper
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
slices of white bread
1 big tomato, sliced
oil for cooking


Preparation:

In a bowl, add the cheese, mozzarella, yogurt, chives, salt and pepper, green and red peppers and jalapeno. Stir very well. Spread the mixture evenly among slices of bread and top with a couple of slices of tomato and top with the remaining slices of bread. Add the sandwiches on a baking plate and throw them into the oven for 15 minutes at 150 Celsius, or until the cheeses melt well. Enjoy.
